Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Mo-Store, we work hard to make sure youโ€™re satisfied with every pair you buy. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us.


๐Ÿ” 1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product (wrong size, model, or color)
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The item is significantly different from the description

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Proof (photo/video) must be provided for any damage or issue

๐Ÿšซ 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You ordered the wrong size (please check our size guide before ordering)
  • You changed your mind after receiving the product
  • You were unaware that the product is a replica, despite it being clearly mentioned
  • The product was used or worn

๐Ÿ”„ 3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
  4. You may need to send the product back via courier (at your cost if itโ€™s not our error)

๐Ÿ’ธ 4. Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds are only issued if we cannot replace the item and it was our fault
  • Refunds are processed via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer, within 5โ€“7 business days
  • If the issue was not caused by Mo-Store, no refund will be granted

โš–๏ธ 5. Fair Use Notice

Mo-Store reserves the right to refuse excessive return requests from accounts showing suspicious or repeated return behavior.
