๐ 1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product (wrong size, model, or color)
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The item is significantly different from the description
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order
- The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Proof (photo/video) must be provided for any damage or issue
๐ซ 2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- You ordered the wrong size (please check our size guide before ordering)
- You changed your mind after receiving the product
- You were unaware that the product is a replica, despite it being clearly mentioned
- The product was used or worn
๐ 3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery
- Share your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
- You may need to send the product back via courier (at your cost if itโs not our error)
๐ธ 4. Refunds (If Approved)
- Refunds are only issued if we cannot replace the item and it was our fault
- Refunds are processed via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer, within 5โ7 business days
- If the issue was not caused by Mo-Store, no refund will be granted
โ๏ธ 5. Fair Use Notice
Mo-Store reserves the right to refuse excessive return requests from accounts showing suspicious or repeated return behavior.
